​A Season of Self-Care
 3 months, 3 ways to nurture yourself 

I believe big things happen to us when we commit to breathe, move, and connect with community on a regular basis. Yogic tools can be of great use to people managing anxiety, low moods, trauma, and other conditions that are triggered or made worse by stress.

I know big things can happen for your well-being, stability, ease, and sense of strength and resilience if you took  90 days to build a steady, consistent, and personalized yoga practice. 

That's why I've put together a #NoExcuses self-care package that gives you access to a regular yoga practice, guidance from one-on-one planning & reflection sessions, and a monthly massage appointment (because you need it!)



​Who is this Self-Care Yoga Intensive for?

It's not for everyone, nothing with the word "intense" in it is.
I put  this together for people who sense some big shifts  are ready (and really need) to happen:
 ​You know the steps that would help you get out in front of your anxiety and low mood, but  finding the head space and energy to start something new feels like too much.

You've been ready to make changes  before, but don't want to disappoint yourself again. It seems all the plans and commitments you make to yourself come undone before you even really get going. 

Perhaps you have relative stability compared to where you were a few years ago, but you are ready to break through to move from just being "okay" to thriving. You sense there is more wholeness to uncover, and you are ready to make room for it. 

You know you've been slack about self-care, and need some accountability and encouragement to set aside regular “reset” time.

You don’t have a plan in place for managing stress, and your frayed edges are impacting your health and your relationships.

Maybe you even have support and a treatment plan from a psychotherapist or physician, but putting their recommendations into action feels overwhelming. 

Here is how I can help:

 Starting this month, I am opening up 3 spots in my calendar for 3 people who are ready to engage in a 3-month season of self-care. This self-care yoga intensive includes:

3 Private Sessions

This is where the process starts, meeting with Dr. Hoilday to get support in putting together a personal wellness plan. These yoga therapy sessions are designed to not only support you, but to provide accountability and to challenge the part of you that is settling for the status quo. You meet three times during the course of your intensive; the first appointment is 90 minutes long, with 60 minute follow ups. In-between sessions, there are reading & reflection exercises to complete that are an important part of your process.

2-3 Yoga Classes per week

Each participant makes a commitment to get on their mat a minimum of twice a week, with more than enough class credits to attend 3 times a week or do multiple classes in a day. You get 15 classes a month to use for our regular-scheduled public studio classes to use as you wish. If getting on your mat at least twice a week is not something you can commit to, now is not the time to start the intensive. Additional classes are discounted to $10 each

Monthly Massage Therapy 

You know you need this.
You need some space to have focused attention on the areas in your body that hold chronic stress and tension. 
​We have a highly-trained staff of certified practitioners in our Nourishing Arts center who are expert in helping your body  relax and reset. Swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral are some of the many styles our massage therapists use.  If you like, you can add time to your treatment or book additional sessions & enjoy a 15% discount while you are enrolled in the self-care intensive
